DIY Ceramic Pie Plate | Beginner-Friendly Pottery Workshop

Create a handmade pie plate that's as beautiful as it is functional! In this beginner friendly pottery workshop, you'll build your own ceramic pie dish and customize it with textures, patterns, and decorative details to make it uniquely yours.

Whether you're baking your family's favorite recipe, creating a thoughtful handmade gift, or simply adding a special piece to your kitchen, you'll learn hand building techniques to create a pie plate you'll love using. No pottery experience is needed, and we'll guide you through every step. All clay, tools, and materials are included.

After the workshop, we'll carefully dry, fire, and glaze your pottery. Finished pieces will be ready for pickup in approximately 4 weeks.

At the end of class, you can choose your favorite glaze color and we'll glaze your pie plate for you. Or, if you'd like another creative night out, you can leave it unglazed and come back…
